It took awhile to communicate what we needed because of the time difference and possible language understanding. We ordered the rear motor/tire set and special ordered the sprocket set and disk brake. It took awhile longer, but everything was ready to drop in place. It was worth the extra wait.

Great value for the price. Wonderfully designed and packed for shipping. Easy assembly. These types of bikes are heavy but quite relaxing to ride. Range and power is also well balanced. I had mine shipped to BG from an EU warehouse and I received it within a week.

I mostly use this bike as a work commuter on city bike paths in a flat city. This is my first moped style ebike and it just hit the 500km mark, so thought it would be a good time to review. I've taken it on light trails, but nothing with rough terrain or obstacles. I've drained the batteries full to test the range and speed. I've thoroughly enjoyed this bike so far, below are my thoughts:
Pros:
- Dual battery goes for about 45-55km distance, full throttle, but can get you around 90-100km with pedal assist.
- Max speed on throttle alone is about 43km/h, but can be boosted to 48km/h if you work those pedals, but your legs will be moving fast, haha!
- The full Suspension is incredible, just the right amount of give, which is nice because they aren't adjustable.
- Seat is very comfortable. I've done a 3hr ride with it, no pain in the rear.
- Lights work great, easy to set up. The horn is a little punchy, but great if you're in traffic. I got a bell for parks.
Cons:
- Brakes are not good. I don't feel these brakes were meant for a bike going at such speeds, the stopping distance is insane. They also squeak pretty bad, so you'll need to do some adjustments. I'm planning to switch these out for hydraulic brakes.
- Acceleration isn't the best. Use the pedals with the throttle to get you up to speed quickly.
- The hand grip on the right side of the handle bar is loose, so you can sometimes feel it slip when you're throttling.
- Any big bumps you hit rattle the top battery something fierce, it just sounds like it's gonna fall off. I've tried tightening it, but I think it's how it's held in place that makes it impossible to avoid. Just be cautious of the jumps, haha!
Overall, this really is the best price out there for one of these ebikes, especially if you're just starting out. ($1350 CAN at the time I bought it) This has all the specs you want, range, speed, full suspension, lights and turn signals, for an amount that won't make you broke. Even leaves you enough cash to replace those brakes with something better! I highly recommend!
