The rear roof rack has been sent apart and still not arrive, why? It takr a month?
The package was perfect, everything’s seems ok except a thing:
I’d like to have an explanation about the batteries, I mean, how they work? Simultaneously? Or they work separately? The display shows only one battery level!

I am grateful to you. I have ridden the bicycle and I really like it. However, my delivery was a little late. I received it after 20 days. The bicycle runs approximately 60,70, kilometers in full electric mode. All in all, the bicycle is very beautiful and the bicycle is very good.

La bici è arrivata in tempi rapidi (1 settimana), ben imballata. Mi hanno mandato anche degli accessori in omaggio. unico neo sono le istruzioni mancanti per il montaggio. Per il resto la bici arriva già montata per il 70%
Good e-bike, great design stability and concept. Shipping time Is High (my opinioni) max Speed 45 km/h for 1 rider, 35 for 2 riders. Good breaks and in general materiale. Battery in line with expectation 30 km more or less.

Le X80 Max de Jansno vaut absolument le coup, je le recommande vivement à tous ceux qui recherchent un vélo électrique fiable. Sa batterie offre une très longue autonomie pour parcourir de nombreux kilomètres, et ses freins sont d’excellente qualité. Je peux aller partout sans aucun souci avec ce vélo !
Me decidí por la X80 Max y no me arrepiento en absoluto. Su rendimiento es espectacular, la batería ofrece una autonomía increíble y estoy encantado tanto con su velocidad como con su capacidad para subir cuestas.
Le service après vente et la réactivité de Jansno pour résoudre mon problème a été super. Après plusieurs diagnostics de la panne, le remplacement de mon capteur de pédalage a été de suite la solution de ma panne.Merci à eux.👍
Ho comprato la X80 Max per i miei spostamenti quotidiani e sono estremamente soddisfatto. La batteria garantisce un’autonomia eccellente, la pedalata assistita è fluida a ogni velocità e il telaio è robusto e incredibilmente resistente.
La spedizione è stata velocissima e il servizio clienti di Jansno ha risposto subito a tutte le mie domande. È perfetta sia per i tragitti lavorativi in città che per le gite fuori porta nel fine settimana: vale assolutamente ogni euro speso!
