What is the delivery time?

Is this product waterproof?

Jansno's cord is waterproof to IPX4, which means it can handle splashes while you ride. However, it should be noted that the bike is not sealed, so with regards to the battery controller motor, try not to leave it in the rain for long periods of time. This can also effectively protect our bikes.

What is the maximum speed of electric bicycle?

For safety reasons, our Jansno X50 is shipped from the factory with a speed limit set. Once you receive your shipment, you will need to open the controller, locate the black and white connection cable, and then disconnect the cable to unlock it to the maximum speed. Our Jansno X50 has a maximum speed of 45-50km/h, depending on your weight, road conditions, wind speed etc.
