The rear roof rack has been sent apart and still not arrive, why? It takr a month?

The package was perfect, everything’s seems ok except a thing:
I’d like to have an explanation about the batteries, I mean, how they work? Simultaneously? Or they work separately? The display shows only one battery level!

The bicycle runs approximately 60,70, kilometers in full electric mode. All in all, the bicycle is very beautiful and the bicycle is very good.
